Rob was born and raised on a farm in Glen Meyer and still resides on a farm in the area with his wife Brenda. Together they raised 2 children, Chris & Tracy who both currently live in Tillsonburg. If Rob has a familiar face to you, you may recognize him from his years coaching hockey and baseball while his children were growing up. His son Chris & daughter-in-law Amy are both teachers in the area, and his daughter Tracy is a Chartered Accountant in Tillsonburg.
Rob has been involved in the farming business for 33 years, in both tobacco and cash crops, and he is still actively involved in the farming industry.
