Stephen, a lifelong resident of Tillsonburg has been passionately involved with the quality of life in Tillsonburg for most of his adult life. Supported by his wife Colleen, Stephen has demonstrated strong and successful leadership initiatives in Tillsonburg and surrounding region for the past thirteen years, including a seven year period as the Mayor of Tillsonburg. His unique ability to deal with both individual property owners and large corporate entities has helped transform our community into a desirable location to live, work, play and retire in.
In making his transition from local governance to the private sector, Stephen was looking for a challenging environment where his specific knowledge, experiences and passion would continue to bring valuable resolution to those he works for.

His knowledge of urban planning and property assessment criteria and experiences with the Land Division Committee of Oxford County provide a secure foundation for property owners to trust in the options available to them. Stephen has worked with individual property owners and families to protect their rights and enhance their quality of life, while also brokering successful economic and community development projects with large multi-national corporations. His goal has always been to provide open and honest opportunity for the client or customer he was serving.
